Kimono: Cotton On
Shoes: Mr Price
So kimonos are not something new but I’ve recently fallen in LOVE with them (they make me feel like Bat(wo)man). I’ve been wanting a kimono for ages, but somehow the length has never been just right, my mum got me a white one but it was wayy too long, it felt like I was wearing a lab coat, I am done with chemistry labs and guys I do not need to be reminded of those times. But, during my week break from campus I did some shopping at home and found the perfect print kimono! Cotton On always has my back!
I had been especially grateful to find it as I needed something to throw over my new white dress. I’m pretty self conscious, especially about my flabby arms, I hate to show them. Unfortunately, I am also a compulsive buyer, so when I saw the white dress in Woolworths (it was R133, urmm hello bargain) I had to buy it. CONFESSION: it was my first white dress and I just loved the embroidery pattern on it!
And that is how my Easter Sunday Outfit was SORTED!!!
I can’t wait to put a slightly more casual spin on it and pair it up with my favourite ankle boots ever (LEGIT) just to make it slightly less girly…
Well lemme know what you think
