What’s up guys? Today’s post is a little outfit inspo, because it’s been ages since I’ve done one of these! The theme? What to wear to an exam… that I was not totally prepared for, because memorising theory is not my strong suit 😦 …
Oh well, as one of my friends says: If you look good, you feel good and then you do good. Well I decided to take that approach when I got ready, as opposed to a previous motto: ‘If I’m failing, atleast I look kinda good’. THAT IS A BAD MOTTO.
Anywhoo, it is technically autumn in Jo’burg but it feels like the middle of winter so I had to dress super warm as well. Luckily my mum got me these AH-MAZING tights with an inner wool lining so I was super cozy while failing to remember everything about solidification when there is no diffusion in the solid but perfect mixing in the liquid. And I am sorry if that kinda bored you… Let’s get on with the fashion!!
Top: Cotton On
Watch: Michael Kors
Necklace: MY 21ST KEY ON A CHAIN AS MY PARENTS ARE COOL LIKE THAT
I’ve been looking for a really simple cropped jersey to throw on over anything, and as a way to take my summer dresses into winter with me! I have a floral high necked top underneath and I love, the spring/summer vibe, even in the cold. And, don’t be fooled by the copious amounts of sunshine, the air is pretty nippy.
How cool are my shoes! I got them as a birthday present and I have been obsessed, I have to be honest and say I’m scared of how white they are (I’m clumsy and got them dirty the first day I wore them out) but the stripes are rose gold and I LOVE THEM!
Also, a rose gold Michael Kors watch! Birthday spoils are the best. And, I’m not sure if you can actually see my earrings, but they’re so cool (also a rad birthday gift), they’re hexagons!
As much as I love winter and cold sweater weather, I am so looking forward to going on holiday! In t-minus 5 weeks I’ll be off to Thailand and Dubai and hopefully I get to do a few travel posts, can we all pray that my dad takes good pictures of me on the trip?
And now it’s time for me to get back to either binge watching Jane the virgin, or studying numerical methods… Love you guys!
